These enhancements introduce new table views for contacts and companies, along with redesigned flyout profiles that streamline workflows and boost efficiency. Connect means users can leverage the power of lead generation with convenience of customer engagement and outreach within Seamless.AI.
Seamless.AI Connect is now available in the latest Dynamic Layout, offering a more flexible and personalized experience. The new Dynamic Table Layout allows users to customize search views by adjusting, hiding, or reordering columns for improved organization and efficiency. Enhancing user efficiency by allowing up to 100 rows per page, making it easier to preview and manage contacts or companies. Users can toggle search filters, rearrange columns, and adjust column sizes to focus on key data. Dynamic Layout integrates smoothly with existing workflows, offering better control without disrupting current processes. This customization improves search accuracy and productivity.

Contact and company profiles are displayed on the right flyout panel, allowing you to better focus on the right opportunities. Dive deeper into contact profile details, leave descriptive notes, and navigate through the profile breadcrumbs.
Activity
The Activity Tab provides comprehensive tracking of all call-related and email engagement metrics, offering insights into call volume, success rates, and engagement patterns. By cross-referencing call activity with email performance—such as sent, opened, replied, and clicked emails—you can refine your outreach strategy to determine which channel resonates better with specific prospects. This detailed tracking allows you to measure success in real time, manually log external email interactions, and update contact statuses to maintain an accurate and dynamic sales pipeline.
For high-volume outreach, the Connect enhances productivity by enabling contact queuing, bulk calling, and batch emailing through targeted filters or manual selections. You can quickly dial multiple leads or send emails to a large set of prospects while keeping your sales pipeline organized and efficient. These features help streamline workflows, save time, and maximize engagement across campaigns, ensuring that your team can effectively reach and convert high-priority leads. Just select your desired contacts, select the email or call option to, and start connecting!
Tasks
The Tasks feature helps users manage and prioritize follow-up actions like calls and emails by allowing the creation, tracking, and completion of structured tasks within a centralized dashboard. Users can access the Tasks tab to view and filter their tasks by status, priority, due date, and more. Tasks are created using a setup module where users define the task type, Start takes to launch a focused queue that dynamically presents task-specific modules (e.g., email editor or call tools), enabling streamlined execution. Customization and filtering tools further enhance task organization and efficiency.
Campaigns enable users to automate and manage multi-step outreach sequences across channels like email, phone, LinkedIn, and more. Users can create personalized campaigns by adding contacts, assigning schedules, tagging for organization, and selecting sending email addresses. Campaign steps can include manual or automatic tasks, each scheduled by day and assigned a priority. Once launched, campaigns run based on the chosen schedule, with tasks appearing in the dashboard for completion. Performance tracking is built-in, allowing users to monitor engagement (opens, replies, calls) and optimize steps accordingly. Campaigns are easily managed through the dashboard with tools for editing, duplicating, or pausing steps while maintaining a streamlined workflow.
