Email Settings Guide
This guide outlines all the available email settings in Seamless.AI’s Email Tool, along with best practices to optimize your outreach. To access the email settings, click the circle with your initials in the bottom left corner and navigate to Settings then Emails.

Admin Settings
For certain email settings, Admins have the ability to restrict user edits by toggling the “Allow user edit” option. If this setting is unchecked, users will be unable to make changes and will need to reach out to their account admin to make any adjustments or request access.
Daily Send Limit Per Inbox
Admins can lock send limits to control outreach volume. Users can customize the daily send limit for each email connected. To adjust:
- Navigate to the Actions column.
- Click the three dots (•••) next to the email.
- Select Edit Send Limit to adjust.
- Use the slider (0–1000 emails/day) or manually enter a value.
- Click Save to confirm changes.

Email Delay (Seconds)
Admins can enforce delays for send timing. Users can control the delay between each email sent by adjusting the slider (0–120 seconds) or type a custom value.

Domain Send Limit
Admins can restrict domain-wide email limits to prevent overuse. Set a daily email send limit per domain to control overall sending volume:
- Click Edit under the Actions column.
- Adjust the slider (0–1000 emails/day) or type a custom value.
- Click Save to confirm.

Domain Exclusion List
Admins can exclude certain email domains from use across their organization:
- Toggle On/Off under the Exclude column.
Use this setting to block free email domains (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) or internal domains from being used.

Domain Blacklist
Prevents users from sending emails to specific domains:
- Users must enter domains separated by commas (e.g., example.com, spamdomain.com).
- Seamless.AI will automatically block outgoing emails to these domains.
Business Hours
Admins can ensure emails are only sent during set hours. Users can set their active sending hours to ensure emails are sent during optimal times:
- Define a start time, end time, and time zone.
- Toggle On/Off to allow or block sending emails outside of a contact’s business hours.
Email Tracking
Admins can control whether users can enable tracking. Users can enable tracking features for real-time engagement insights:
- Open Tracking – Monitor email open rates (toggle pixel tracking and read receipts).
- Reply Tracking – Track when a recipient replies to an email.
Default Font Settings
Admins can enforce brand consistency in email formatting. Users can customize the default font and size for all emails sent through Seamless.AI to maintain consistency in branding.
Notifications
Admins can lock notifications to ensure certain notifications are received. Users can enable the following notifications:
- In-app alerts for sent emails
- In-app alerts for failed emails
- Notify if sending outside business hours
- Notify if emails fall below a set AI score
Total AI Score
Admins can prevent users from lowering AI Score thresholds. Users can set a minimum AI Score threshold for emails:
- Toggle On/Off and set a percentage limit (recommended: 80% or higher).
- Enable a banner notification when an email falls below the AI Score threshold.

Select Email Types to Use in Connect
Users can choose which email types to prioritize when sending emails.
- Contact and Company Emails
- Contact Only
- Company Only

Set Total AI Limit for Emails in Connect
Users can define the minimum AI Score for emails to be used in Connect:
- Toggle On/Off and set a percentage limit (recommended: 80% or higher).
Set Priority Order of Data in Connect
Users can customize the order of email data displayed in Connect:
- Choose between Company Email and Contact Email.
- Reorder by clicking the six dots and dragging up/down.
