What Is Seamless.AI Connect?
Connect is an exciting upgrade our Development Team has been working on for the past year, and it’s a direct result of customer feedback. With Seamless.AI Connect, users can soon make Connect calls to prospects, leave voicemails, and send Connect emails directly within the platform.
Before Seamless.AI Connect, users could find real-time verified leads and auto-import them to their CRM. But once you got your data, you were on your own as far as what you did with it. Users would typically have to use separate tools to reach out to prospects they found on Seamless.AI.

But now, with Connect, you can select any contact or company in Contacts/Companies Search or My Contacts / Companies, get their contact info as well as a Total AI confidence score to measure reliability. And with the click of a button (in the Actions bar), send a Connect email or make a Connect call. No extra tools and no complicated features. Just practical outreach powered by robust and personalized AI.
Not sure what to say to prospects when you’re ready to reach out? No problem! When you get ready to email or call someone, we have script templates you can personalize in seconds to cut through the noise.
In addition to contacting prospects, you can also filter by your targeting preferences (e.g., maybe you’re looking for leads within a specific role). In the Connect-3 Panel, bulk email several leads at once or bulk call to scale your engagement.
When you send an email or make a call, it will make an activity record. In the Activity section, you can track opened emails, answered calls, etc.
Furthermore, leads you reach out to will have an Engagement Status, where you can track who you’ve emailed and called, and Contact Status, where you can track whether or not the prospect is qualified, interested in your solution, etc.
How Was Seamless.AI Connect Developed?
Connect is a by-product of a larger project, VP of Product, Jake Phillips calls Sales Engagement. The objective behind Sales Engagement is to (not only as the name implies) create a space for customers to find and engage with prospects. To send emails, connect your Gmail or Outlook address to the platform. And to start making phone calls, integrate with Twilio using your API key, and you’re ready to roll.
