On G2, where they are listed in Sales intelligence, Lead intelligence, and Market Account Intelligence, they have a rating of 4.5 out of 5 on 1,287 reviews. 

One user on G2 stated, "The main drawback is the accuracy of employee data. It’s not uncommon to find prospects listed who have left their companies."

While another Cognism reviews says, "Occasionally, some of the contact data can be outdated or missing for niche industries or smaller regions, but this is quite rare".

On Capterra, it's a very similar story with 4.7 out of 5 on 251 reviews.

After browsing the Cognism website, we weren’t able to locate a “Contact” page, and there wasn’t an option to directly reach out to them. This is typically a sign that they are not as transparent and easy to talk with.

Grade: C+

Seamless, by contrast, does have a “Contact” page and offers multiple options for users to reach out and get support including live training and webinars. 

Seamless also provides multiple ways to get a hold of reps, customer support agents, and/or education coaches. 

All of these options make Seamless the better choice for sales support.

There are many ways that Cognism compares with Seamless including product features, ratings and reviews, as well as competition.

They both provide contact information and intent data for customers to improve their prospecting efforts and generate more leads for sales.
