What’s New With the Chrome Extension?
1. Newly Designed Contact Profile for Enhanced Searches🔎
If you’re familiar with the Seamless.AI Chrome Extension, you know that towards the end of 2024, we released the Chrome side panel, which automatically researches leads you find anywhere online, delivering insights in real-time. With this latest update, you’ll find new icons at the top of the side panel to make contact and company searching faster, including Add to List. There’s also a bulk action bar for bulk CRM imports. Say goodbye to “Not Researched” errors and get results in record time.
Our team developed a breadcrumb trail at the top of the profile for easier navigating into and out of contact and company profiles.
You can additionally customize contact and company profiles, so if you just want to get emails (for instance); you can adjust your contact profile setting so that emails are the first thing you see when you search for leads using the Chrome extension.
2. Notes 📓
Actions have been added to the top of the side panel, including Add to List and our new feature, Notes! With notes, you can take notes on any lead about anything, from a call that was made to pitch intel.
3. Deeper Contact and Company Insights ☎️
Our Dev Team expanded contact cards for contacts and companies (i.e., emails, direct dials, company details, etc.) so you can get more insights right in the side panel. No need to click in and out of pages just to learn more about a lead.
4. Re-Designed Org Charts and More🏢
Org Charts was re-designed so you can filter by seniority and department to find the right contacts in the right roles. You can also look at contact profiles for employees straight from the org chart. In addition to Org Charts, there are Buyer Intent, Technologies, and Traffic Analytics tab in the flyout side panel for smarter contact and company profiles.

If you have an account with Seamless.AI and you’ve already downloaded our Chrome Extension in the web store, these changes took effect on Tuesday (February 11).
