The Employee Size search filter on Seamless.AI similarly allows you to specify a target company headcount range that fits your ideal customer profile. Company Headcount/Employee Size saves time by only connecting with companies in your target size range. Plus, when you know company size, you can segment your target audience and tailor your offerings to the growth phase of a business. More targeted messaging and campaigns means more meaningful connections, more conversions, and better ROI.

When to use the Employee Size filter?

  • Custom Solutions: If you offer bespoke solutions, you can target large enterprises that likely require tailored approaches.
  • Consultancy Services: If you provide consultancy for business expansion, you could target companies in the medium-range headcount (which indicates growth potential).
  • Appointment Setting: Tailor your outreach strategy and messaging based on employee size. Large companies may require longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders, while smaller businesses might prefer a faster, more personalized approach.

Building a List by Employee Sizes

  1. Log in to your Seamless.AI account. Under Intent Search in your Buyer Intent Tab, select Employee Sizes.
  2. Set Employee Size Range: Choose the employee size range you want to target (self-employed, 2-10 employees, 11-50 employees, 51-200 employees, 201-500 employees, 501-1,000 employees, 1,0001-5,000 employees, 5,001-10,000 employees, 10,0001+ employees).
    Please Note: You can select up to a max of 5 ranges in this filter.
  3. Apply any additional filters to further narrow down your results and click Search.

  • Startups and SMBs: Companies with fewer than 50 employees that may be interested in cost-effective solutions.
  • Mid-Sized Businesses: Focus on companies with 50-200 employees for mid-market offerings.
