Getting Started

A Guide to Executing Contact Searches

1.  Add your search criteria to the corresponding filters based on your knowledge of the industry and market you're targeting.

Pro-Tip

When starting out, keep it simple! Apply the filters you know to apply for your target market. You can always tailor your list or apply more filters later!

2. Click on the blue Search button to begin having Seamless.AI pull in and research contacts that best match your criteria. Review the search results and decide if any filters needed to be added or excluded!

3. Set and name your Default List for your contacts to be saved to.

Pro-Tip

Creating lists will help you stay organized with your contacts and managing imports/downloaded contacts!

4. Click on Find All to have Seamless.AI research your contacts and return your all results on the page (25 contacts per page) in real-time. For an efficient work flow, click the right arrow to go to the next page while your contacts are continuing to research! You do not have to wait for contacts to finish researching before you click Find All on the next page, they will continue researching as you progress.

If you only wish to research certain contacts on a page, you can simply click on the Find button next to those specific contacts you want to research. These results will also automatically save to your My Contacts page.

5. Once you are done prospecting, feel free to save your search so you can revisit where you left off!

6. You are ready to import/download your contacts! Head back into your My Contacts page in Seamless.AI to filter by Total AI and others before downloading/importing!

Saved Searches

You can effortlessly store and manage past search criteria, allowing you to rerun and explore new contacts with ease.

  1. After running a search, a Save Search bookmark icon will appear at the top of the Filters next to Load Saved Searches.
  2. Click Save Search, enter a name in the text field, and then click the Save Search button to store these criteria in the Load Saved Searches section of our app.
  3. Access the Saved Searches by selecting the Load button located at the top of the filter criteria. This feature enables you to load any previously saved criteria effortlessly!
  4. By selecting the name of your Saved Search, all the original filters will be reinstated from the initial save. You will be able to continue on the search on the same page you left off on the previous time! To remove them, simply click the "x" on the saved search entry under the filters.

Is Contact Preview Available? How Does It Work?

Users can access a contact profile by utilizing a search credit through the Find or Find All functions. As a real-time search engine, Seamless.AI pulls information in real time, ensuring that users receive the most current and accurate data for their prospecting needs.

Can I Exclude Certain Criteria from My Search?

To exclude specific criteria, simply choose the Exclude option from the drop-down menu or place a ‘-’ symbol in front of the criteria you wish to remove. This ‘-’ functionality is available in filters with typing options, including Company, Title, and Keywords, offering users greater control over their search results.

How Often Is Data Updated in Seamless.AI?

Seamless.AI operates as a real-time search engine, retrieving contact information based on various pings including digital foot-printing. Are There Usage Limits or Restrictions?

Usage limits and restrictions with Seamless.AI may vary depending on the subscription plan or license type.

  • Basic License Users: 250 credits/month.
  • Pro License Users: 1000 credits/day resetting at Midnight EST
