How Does the Total AI Threshold Work?

Total AI is derived from multiple signals within each piece of data, such as the frequency of the data identified, the source of the data, and validation signals of the data, in addition to elements such as open rate and other success signals. Setting a designated AI threshold empowers users to exclude outdated data, concentrating their attention on contacts that meet or surpass the specified threshold.

Is Contact Preview Available? How Does It Work?

Users can access a contact profile by utilizing a search credit through the Find or Find All functions. As a real-time search engine, Seamless pulls information in real time, ensuring that users receive the most current and accurate data for their prospecting needs.

Can I Exclude Certain Criteria from My Search?

To exclude specific criteria, simply choose the Exclude option from the drop-down menu or place a ‘-’ symbol in front of the criteria you wish to remove. This ‘-’ functionality is available in filters with typing options, including Company, Title, and Keywords, offering users greater control over their search results.

How Often Is Data Updated in Seamless?

Seamless operates as a real-time search engine, retrieving contact information based on various pings including digital foot-printing. This means that the information provided for each contact is the most up-to-date and comprehensive data available at the time of the search, ensuring users have access to the latest insights for their prospecting efforts.

Are There Usage Limits or Restrictions?

Usage limits and restrictions with Seamless may vary depending on the subscription plan or license type. License types include; Free, Basic, Pro, and Universal Credit packages. Credit refresh amount and cadence, as well as available feature access depend on your license.
