The Department search filters your target leads based on the department they work in (i.e, marketing, finance, sales, operations, and more). Seamless.AI’s Department filter similarly will target specific departments.

Instead of a blanket approach to research (which wastes time and resources), with department search filters, you can engage with influencers at departments that are most relevant to your product or service.

With the intel you get from department searches, you can craft messages tailored to the unique challenges of professionals in specific functions.

Getting Started

Building a List by Departments for Enhanced Organization!

Department Filter on Contact Search
  1. Log in to your Seamless.AI account and navigate to the Contacts Search. Determine which departments are most relevant to your objectives (i.e., sales, marketing, finance, etc.).
  2. Enter your desired department(s) in the Department filter field and click Search.
  3. You can further narrow down your results by adding additional filters, such as location, industry, and company size for precise targeting.
  4. Review the search results, and save the list of contacts that meet your criteria.
  5. Export the list to your CRM or download it into a CSV
