How to import your contacts from your Seamless.AI account so that you can take all of your data from Seamless.AI and get it into your favorite CRM, marketing automation platform, or dialer. Downloading/Importing Contacts can be done individually or in bulk!

Streamlining Bulk Contact Imports

1. Click into your My Contacts.
2. Filter your contacts based on criteria click you'd like to filter for and then click Apply to view any saved contacts matching those filters.
3. Click the import icon in the top right corner and select Import Selected or Import Filtered

Pro-Tip: Visit Filter My Contacts to get a deeper overview of all the different filter options available.

Individual Import Process Explained

1. Click into your My Contacts.
2. Locate the contact you'd like to import to your CRM and go to the right side of the screen and click Import.
3. Confirm that the contact imported correctly when the option turns from Import to View.

Helpful Tip: Hitting the drop down arrow will give you options to import, import contact + add to a campaign, or change the integration!

Automated Contact Import: Simplify Your Workflow with Seamless.AI

Discover the convenience of automated contact imports with Seamless.AI, streamlining your workflow and ensuring that your contact database is always up-to-date with minimal effort on your part.

1. Login to your account and click your account icon and select CRM Setup.

2. Find the setting that says: Auto-import to CRM and select yes.

Recommended Tip: If enabled, set a Total AI Threshold to restrict the entry of any undesirable data into your CRM.

3. Once saved, Seamless.AI will now import all companies and contacts immediately when you 'Find' and save those contacts from Seamless.AI or on our Chrome Extension.
