- Personalize cold outreach faster
- Prepare for discovery calls and demos with better context

Best Practices for Using Pitch Intel
To get the most value from Pitch Intel, focus on relevance over volume. The goal is not to mention every detail you find. The goal is to use the right detail to make your outreach feel informed, timely, and specific.
1. Start with the strongest signal - Look for the one or two insights most relevant to your message. A recent company announcement, hiring trend, technology investment, or public-facing post is usually more useful than generic background details.
2. Tie the insight to your reason for reaching out - Do not use Pitch Intel as small talk for the sake of small talk. Use it to create a logical bridge into your message. For example, connect a recent company initiative, growth signal, or technology choice to the problem you solve.
3. Personalize naturally - Pitch Intel should support your outreach, not overpower it. A short, relevant reference often works better than an overly detailed opener that feels forced.
4. Pair Pitch Intel with adjacent profile data - Pitch Intel works even better when combined with other profile tabs like:
- Experience and Education in the Contact Profile
- Technologies, Traffic Analytics, and Buyer Intent Data in the Company Profile
- Org Chart to identify additional stakeholders at the account
5. Use it before calls, emails, and follow-ups - Pitch Intel is not just for first-touch outreach. It can also help reps:
- Prepare for live conversations
- Build stronger follow-up emails
- Create more relevant call openers
- Identify new angles when an account goes quiet
Example Ways to Use Pitch Intel
Here are a few practical examples of how users can apply Pitch Intel in their workflow:
For SDRs and AEs: Use Pitch Intel to identify relevant talking points before outreach, then use those insights to write a personalized email opener, tailor a cold call hook, or prepare for a discovery call. This aligns with the internal use case of generating personalized talking points and outreach copy based on prospect and company data.
For account research: Use the Company Profile’s Pitch Intel alongside Org Chart and Buyer Intent Data to understand the account more fully, identify likely stakeholders, and refine your outreach strategy.
