Search Results - No Results and Page Results
If you are searching in app and see a message of 'No Results' or that you've 'Reached the end of your search results' this doesn't mean that your account has been limited or has an issue.
Brand refresh in progress
We recently launched a new brand, so some images and videos may differ from what you see in-product. All workflows and guidance remain accurate while we update visuals.
If you see No Results or Reached the end of your search results in Seamless, it usually does not mean there is a problem with your account. It simply means there are no additional matches for that exact search at that time.
Seamless works differently from a static database. It is designed for real-time, targeted prospecting, so the best workflow is usually to start with a focused search, review results, and refine from there rather than stacking too many filters all at once. That aligns with current internal Seamless workflow guidance around focused search seeds, verification-first list building, and working in manageable batches.
Why You May See No Results
A No Results message usually means your current filter combination is too narrow.
A better workflow is to start with fewer strong filters, such as title, industry or company group, or location. Then refine as you move through the results.
For example, instead of searching with only job titles or adding too many layered filters at once, start with a targeted segment like industry + employee size + title + location, then adjust from there. Internal Seamless drafts repeatedly recommend this kind of focused search seed to improve workflow efficiency and list quality.

Best Practice for Better Results
The most effective searches are usually targeted without being overly restrictive.
Start with a focused segment. Review the results. Then broaden or narrow the search based on what you find.
Smaller, more focused searches are usually more effective than trying to pull everything in one search. Seamless’s internal messaging also emphasizes that verification-first, smaller-batch workflows tend to be more practical than volume-first list building.
25 Results and 50 Results Per Page
By default, Seamless shows 25 results per page, and users can typically change this to 50 results per page.
This setting only changes how many results are displayed at once. It does not change the total number of available matches.
To work through results efficiently, research the current page, use Find All when appropriate, and continue page by page.

Need More Volume?
For smaller prospecting workflows, working page by page is often the best option.
For larger-volume workflows, Autopilot is the better fit. Internal Seamless product guidance positions Autopilot as the scale option after defining the right ICP and search criteria, rather than as a replacement for building a focused search strategy first.
