6sense vs. Seamless Comparison Report - GTM Platform Guide

Choosing the right go-to-market platform can make or break your pipeline strategy.
On the surface, 6sense and Seamless may seem like they serve similar purposes since they both help teams identify buyers and drive revenue. But when we did a side-by-side comparison, we noticed some big differences in lead quality, accuracy, and coverage that might play a part in your decision-making if you’re in the market for a new go-to-market tool.
Keep scrolling, and let’s take a closer look to see how 6sense stacks up against Seamless.
Pricing
6sense and Seamless both use a credits-based system for pricing.
6sense uses data credits to export emails, phone numbers, and contact/company records.
For their advertising tools, 6sense’s pricing is based on the market and media buying rather than seats. 6sense pricing is usually based less on a per-seat model and more on your package mix (AI features), data credit consumption, integrations, and any ad spend.
Seamless’ pricing is grounded in two types of credits: Standard (Lead) Credits and Universal Credits. Whenever you research a contact profile and click “Find,” that uses up 1 standard search credit.
With Universal Credits, you can research contacts like the Standard, but you can also use premium features like Autopilot, AI Assistant, and Data Enrichment.

But when it comes to integrations, Seamless offers more extensive and deeper integrations while 6sense only offers 29 (6sense integrations overview).
Pricing-wise, Seamless offers a more flexible and buyer-friendly model than 6sense. While 6sense appears to provide a limited package centered on 50 data credits per month and a handful of core prospecting tools, Seamless gives users three plan options.
If you’re looking for greater affordability and flexibility, Seamless is the stronger choice.
6sense vs Seamless Data
6sense/Seamless data comparison
A sales tool is nothing but flashy features and useless onboarding if the data is sub-par. So we wanted to make sure we did a side-by-side breakdown of 6sense’s data vs. Seamless’ data.
6sense Data
Instead of relying on static contact records, 6sense gets its data from the Signalverse. The Signalverse is some sort of intelligence network that processes a trillion signals daily (firmographic, technographic, and behavioral data), including 500B+ intent signals monthly.
Coverage includes:
481M+ B2B buyer profiles published
75M+ company profiles published.
98M+ direct-dial phone numbers
111M+ verified business email addresses
Signalverse pulls data from first-party website interactions, third-party intent partnerships, and firmographic and technographic databases.
According to 6sense, they maintain 1.1B unique details about companies and associated identities, including firmographics, technographics, IP addresses, cookies, and alternative identities. But it’s not clear how often they update their data.
Seamless Data
Rather than rely on a static database, Seamless uses AI to search the public web in real time, pulling data and insights from publicly available sources. Whenever you run a search, our real-time engine continuously verifies and validates data to provide fresh results.
In addition to publicly available data, Seamless also gets data from service providers, linked third-party providers, customer-connected workflows/integrations, and our Buyer Intent data is powered by Bombora.
Whenever you find a contact or company on Seamless, our search engine provides 100+ live data points on everything from technographics and funding to job changes.
6sense’s volume of researched data pales in comparison to Seamless. To date, Seamless has researched:
1.8B verified email addresses
414M mobile numbers
1.3B contacts
121M company profiles
2B leads
Reviews for 6sense vs Seamless
6sense Reviews
We looked at 6sense customer testimonials on every major review site, from G2 to Reddit.
6sense maintains a 4.1 out of 5 on G2 with 2,204 reviews. They’ve earned 100+ badges on G2, including being named a leader across 11 categories in G2’s Summer 2024 rankings.
A core complaint we noticed is that 6sense promises high-value intent and prospecting intelligence, but many users feel the data they find is too inaccurate, incomplete, and stale to trust for effective sales execution.
Data is often unreliable or outdated. Reviewers mention constantly coming across incorrect company details (i.e., company size, etc.), non-existent companies, and bad contact data.
Many reviewers feel 6sense does a poor job of identifying which leads are actually worth pursuing. “Hot” accounts, active buyers, and intent signals often don’t translate into meetings or pipeline.
Several comments suggest 6sense actually works better as a broad marketing intent tool than a sales prospecting tool. Users expected actionable sales intelligence, but instead got weak lead prioritization and unreliable outreach data.
Across review platforms, Seamless gets consistently recognized for speed, having a streamlined interface that’s easy to use, filtering that allows for deep insights, and real-time enrichment.
Our platform’s innovative use of AI-powered real-time data verification is one of our biggest competitive differentiators. Reviewers note that Seamless’ fresh data helps improve deliverability, lower bounce rates, and less manual research (the tedious, busy work no one wants to do).
Strong filtering and targeting are additional strengths that users point out as they like being able to drill down on any specific industry, role, and geography, or keep searches broad for larger prospect pools.
Occasional bugs and platform performance issues were mentioned as pain points, and senior-level contacts can be inconsistent if you’re hunting for a hard-to-reach decision-maker or you’re targeting markets that aren’t very active.
Product Support
6sense Support
When it comes to customer support, 6sense tries to give customers multiple paths to solutions, whether they prefer solving issues themselves or working directly with the support team.
If users have an issue or want to learn how to use a new feature, 6sense has its own Knowledge Base library of how-to resources. They can also tap into community discussions, explore training through 6sense Academy, and even subscribe to system status updates.
At the same time, 6sense’s support does not appear to be perfectly consistent. Some reviewers describe it as hit or miss, noting that even detailed tickets with screenshots do not always lead to smooth resolution.
Others mention customer support manager turnover as a challenge. In other words, seeing a revolving door of customer support agents hinders users’ ability to get comfortable and confident enough with 6sense to become loyal, long-term customers.
The result is a customer support that’s comprehensive, but inconsistent depending on the problems you may encounter, and how long you’ve been a customer with 6sense.
Seamless Support
Seamless similarly has diverse and varied resources for customer support.
If you need more personalized help, Seamless has a Customer Success Team of dedicated experts. When you sign up for Seamless, you’re assigned a Customer Success manager who won’t only ensure that your onboarding is fast and easy (we pride ourselves on getting teams up and running ASAP). But our CSMs will also come up with workflows tailored to your business size and needs to ensure that you’re getting the greatest value and returns.
Seamless also has a chatbot both within the platform and on our website, if you don’t want to wait to get connected with a live agent.
6sense vs. Seamless: Who’s On Top?
Now that we’ve explored some key differences and similarities between 6sense and Seamless in terms of price, reviews, and customer support, which tool is on top? Which platform is worth investing your money into?
This might be frustrating to hear, but it truly depends on your use case.
Because 6sense is more of a marketing tool than a sales tool, if you’re running an account-based motion (ABM) where the goal is to identify in-market accounts and run multi-channel engagement, then 6sense is a great fit for you.
If you check one or more of these boxes, check out 6sense:
Mid-market to enterprise GTM teams with a defined ICP and enough budget/headcount to run ABM programs
You care about account identification + intent signals + predictive analytics + orchestration (ads, audiences, personalization, measurement) more than raw contact-finding speed
You sell high-ACV, longer-cycle B2B, where prioritizing the right accounts matters a ton
On the other hand, if you’re in the market for a sales tool made by sales experts, Seamless might be a great investment.
Seamless is great for teams running an outbound / pipeline-generation motion where the goal is to get accurate contact and company data fast and start using it ASAP in workflows.
