Using the ROI Dashboard
Learn how to track your cost savings, time savings, and overall ROI in real-time using the Seamless ROI dashboard. We explain how we calculate ROI for our users here.
Brand refresh in progress
We recently launched a new brand, so some images and videos may differ from what you see in-product. All workflows and guidance remain accurate while we update visuals.
The ROI Dashboard helps account Owners and Admins track prospecting performance, estimated return on investment, cost efficiency, time savings, and total addressable market metrics in one place. It is designed to give admin-level users a clearer view of how Seamless is supporting pipeline generation and sales activity across the organization.
What the ROI Dashboard Shows
The ROI Dashboard provides a snapshot of key performance metrics that help measure the value of using Seamless. Depending on your setup, the dashboard can show:
- Return on investment (ROI)
- Cost efficiency
- Time saved
- Total addressable market (TAM)
- Leads researched
- Opportunities created
- Revenue
- Average deal size
- Pipeline generated
- Sales
These metrics help teams understand the impact of their prospecting efforts and monitor progress over time.
How the ROI Dashboard Is Set Up
The ROI Dashboard can be powered in one of two ways: through a connected CRM or through manually entered estimates.

If a CRM Is Connected
When a CRM is connected, the dashboard can pull opportunity and sales data from your CRM and tie it back to Seamless activity. This helps connect the leads researched in Seamless to the opportunities and sales recorded in your CRM, creating a more exact ROI view.
If No CRM Is Connected
If no CRM is connected, the dashboard relies on the values entered during setup, along with Seamless usage data such as leads researched and search activity. This allows the platform to estimate ROI, cost savings, and time savings using your provided averages.
Without a connected CRM you can still use the ROI Dashboard by entering a few estimated values, such as:
- Average deal size
- The percentage of leads that become opportunities
- The percentage of opportunities that become sales
This is important to keep in mind when reviewing your numbers. CRM-connected dashboards reflect more exact data, while manually configured dashboards provide directional estimates.

Return on Investment (ROI)
The Return on Investment section provides an overview of the core metrics used to estimate ROI and sales impact.
Here is how each metric is defined:
- Leads: The total number of leads researched across your organization.
- Opportunities Created: The estimated number of opportunities generated from researched leads. This metric can be customized based on your team’s process.
- Revenue: The estimated revenue generated, based on sales and average deal size.
- Average Deal Size: The average value of a closed deal. This can be adjusted to reflect your business.
- Pipeline Generated: The total estimated value of prospects in created opportunities.
- Sales: The estimated number of sales generated from opportunities, based on your sales conversion rate.
- Return on Investment: Calculated by dividing total revenue by total Stripe cost and converting the result to a percentage.

Money Saved
The Money Saved section helps measure cost efficiency by showing how your subscription investment compares to prospecting output. It gives owners and admin another way to evaluate how efficiently Seamless is contributing to results by breaking performance down into cost-based metrics.
This section includes:
- Cost Per Lead: A measure of cost efficiency based on your lead volume and total Stripe cost.
- Cost Per Opportunity: A measure of cost efficiency based on opportunities created and total Stripe cost.
- Cost Per Sale: A measure of cost efficiency based on estimated sales and total Stripe cost.
Time Saved
The Time Saved section estimates how much time your team has saved and efficiency gains that come while prospecting with Seamless, rather than manual prospecting.
Time savings are calculated and displayed in Minutes Saved, Hours Saved, and Days Saved.

Total Addressable Market (TAM)
The TAM section helps you understand how much of your potential market you have already researched and the estimated value of that market. It gives teams a better sense of both their current reach and the additional opportunity still available based on the market they are targeting.
- Contacts: Compares your total researched contacts against your total addressable market.
- TAM Value: Calculated by multiplying TAM contacts by your average deal size.
