Filtering My Companies

My Companies is where all of your saved companies will be after you've researched them. This section will allow you to evaluate the researched information and filter your companies before exporting them to your preferred CRM. My Companies consolidates your researched data, enabling thorough evaluation and customizable filtering before seamless export to your chosen CRM.

Mastering the Art of My Companies Filtering

1. To filter your companies based on other criteria click the funnel icon by the search box.
2. Enter the criteria you'd like to filter for.
3. Click Apply to view any saved companies matching those filters.

Defining Columns in My Companies

• Company: The company name, Website, Industry, Employee Size, and Location
• Size/Revenue: This column gives you the company size, annual revenue, and the type of business
• About: This column gives you a detailed overview of the company and outlines the array of services offered by the company.
• Pitch Intel: This column will hyperlink to various social platforms to allow you to learn more about the contact and build pitch intelligence.

• Lists: This column gives you the option to import that company into your CRM, add another Integration (or import into your other CRM if added), indicates which Seamless.AI list you saved the company to and the date that the company was researched.

Pro-Tip: If no list was selected it will display Set List and clicking on that option will allow you to assign that company to a list.

• Additional Options: The three dots on the far right will pull up a menu to display options to download the company, archive company, or delete the company.

• Company Name: Filter to a specific or multiple company names.
• Annual Revenue: Filter to a company’s revenue range.
• Company Industry: Filter your companies to a specific industry or multiple
• Import Status (*): Filter your companies that have or have not been imported into your CRM, or need attention.
• Company Upload List (*): Filter to any companies that you have recently uploaded into Seamless.AI
• Autopilot Lists: Filter your companies to any Autopilot lists that have been conducted.
• Company Size: Filter your companies to a employee size range.
• Location: Filter your companies based on company headquarters location.
• Technologies: Filter your companies to include a specific technology.
• List (*): Filter your companies to a specific list (s) that you have been building/working on.
• Research Date: Filter your companies to when they were searched with Seamless.AI!
