How to Change or Reset your Password
This article explains how to manage account access in Seamless, including how to change your password while logged in, reset your password if you’re unable to log in, and use the Magic Link option for passwordless access. It provides step-by-step instructions for each method, along with troubleshooting tips for common login issues.

Change or Reset Your Password
If you need to update your password while logged in, or reset it because you cannot access your account, follow the steps below.
Change Your Password in the App
If you are already logged in to Seamless, you can update your password from your account settings:
- Click your Account Name icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Select Settings > My Account.
- In My Account, scroll to the “Change Password” section
- Enter your old and new passwords to update it there.

Reset Your Password
If you cannot log in and need to reset your password:
- Go to login.seamless.ai.
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter your email address and select Reset Password.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email.
- Click the link in the email. Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Return to login.seamless.ai and sign in with your new password.

Log in With Magic Link
Users can sign in to Seamless with a Magic Link instead of entering a username and password.
When you choose this login option, Seamless sends a secure sign-in link directly to your email. Simply open the email and click the link to access your account.
No password is required.

Trouble Receiving the Reset Email?
If you do not see the reset email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Add passwordreset@seamless.ai to your email address book or safe sender list.
