With Seamless.AI, you can easily map a list to a specific account in your CRM. If you are want to ensure that all contacts in a specific lead lead import into an exact account without requiring any duplication-checking, you can map a list name to an account.

Getting Started

With Seamless.AI, you can easily map a list to a specific account in your CRM. If you are want to ensure that all contacts in a specific lead lead import into an exact account without requiring any duplication-checking, you can map a list name to an account. Then all contacts tagged with that list name will be imported under that account in your CRM. To do this, simply follow the below 4 steps.

  1. Select "Map Lists to Imports" under the Import icon
  2. Set your list name on the left and then select the account from your CRM that you want to map to
  3. Set any contacts that you want to map to that account with the list name set in the Map to Imports / Account field
  4. Import the contact and Seamless.AI will automatically import that contact to the proper account per your List to Account rule set
