If we all could get more hours in the day to get our work done and crush our goals, we would. But since we all only get 24 hours a day, the next best thing is finding tools that make it easier to work with greater efficiency.

This list of desk and office accessories are the tools you need to optimize your space and create a  productive workspace. These tools are meant to help you stay organized and crystal clear to create your best work.

Mouse Pad With a Wireless Charger

For those of you who are on your phone all day, whether you’re talking to customers, your team, or your colleagues, your phone is one of the top tools you use, but you need an easy way to keep it charged.

The first productivity must-have we recommend is a mouse pad with a wireless charger

With this mouse pad you don't have to get up and search for your phone charger halfway through the day. And when you’re on a call, you don’t have to worry in the middle of the call if your phone has enough battery life to last because there’s a built-in charger right next to your laptop.

And bonus: you’ll always have a fully charged phone at the end of the day!

A Good Microphone

One of the most counterproductive pain points is being unable to communicate properly because no one can hear you.

If you spend a lot of time in Zoom meetings, a good microphone is a smart investment. You’ll sound more like yourself, less like a robot, and you don’t have to worry about anyone being unable to decipher what you’re saying.

A quality microphone doesn’t have to cost a fortune either. Check out this mic we found for $16

A Notebook

This isn’t a flashy tech gadget, but it will still increase productivity by improving memory.

Physically writing things down has been proven to help improve memory.

And if on any given day you have tons of tasks, projects, and deadlines to remember, stop trying to keep it all in your head or on your phone. Instead, keeping a small notebook at your desk is the best alternative because you have a trusted place where you can write all the minute details of ongoing projects that you’ll need to recall later.

After you write down a note to yourself, you’ll remember it better and have it physically in a reliable place to easily refer back to. It’s simple, but a timeless tool for a reason– it works!

Desk Power Extender & Cable Management Clips

The microphone and wireless charging mouse pad we suggested all need power. And you shouldn’t have to move your setup around according to where the outlets are located in the room. This can disrupt your workflow and make it difficult to get back in the zone.

Instead, invest in a multi-outlet power extender.

This is a great tool that provides plenty of outlets for all the electronics you need.

Some even clip to the side of your desk for maximum convenience. But if they don’t, try some velcro tape to secure the power extender wherever you like.

Cable management clips will help you keep all your wires tangle-free and organized so your workspace is clutter-free.

Screen Extender/ Multiple Monitors

Last but not least on the list: multiple screens or monitors

Studies have shown that having multiple screens can increase your productivity by over 40%

The reason why is because having more screens helps you avoid toggling around to different apps and tabs.

When you’re making calls, you can have a prospect’s LinkedIn, CRM profile, and company website open at the same time. This way you can have all the insights you need on multiple screens to deliver value!
