Credit Back Protection Program
1. Introduction
Seamless.AI offers Credit Back Protection (“Program”), a Program feature intended to account for credits used on certain email addresses that are identified as invalid through Seamless.AI’s internal verification process at the time the data is provided. Under this Program, credits associated with qualifying email addresses that are identified as invalid during verification may be automatically returned to your account for future use, subject to the terms and limitations described below.
2. Program Details
The Program allows for the return of certain credits used on email addresses identified as invalid during Seamless.AI’s verification process. Returned credits, if applicable, are added to your account balance and may be used in accordance with your active subscription.
3. Eligibility
When you research contacts using Seamless.AI, the platform performs an automated email verification process designed to assess whether an email address appears capable of receiving messages at that time. This process simulates an email check by querying the recipient’s mail server to determine whether the mailbox exists and is reachable.
If Seamless.AI’s system identifies an email address as invalid based on this verification, Seamless.AI may, in its discretion: (i) Flag the email address as invalid; or (ii) Return the credits associated with that email to your account balance. All credit adjustments, if applicable, are processed automatically. Credits are subject to adjustment only as expressly permitted under herein.
Definition of “Invalid Email”: For purposes of the Program, an “invalid email” is an email address that fails Seamless.AI’s verification process because the receiving server indicates that the address:(i) Does not exist; (ii) Is disabled; (iii) Cannot receive mail; and/or (iv) Email verification results reflect the status of an email address only at the time the verification is performed. Email verification reflects a point-in-time technical assessment only and does not constitute a representation or warranty regarding future deliverability, response rates, or inbox placement.
4. Exclusions
The Program does not apply to: (i) Temporary or soft bounces, including inbox capacity issues, spam filtering, or temporary server errors; (ii) Role-based or group email addresses (e.g., info@, sales@, support@); or (iii) Email addresses that were identified as valid at the time of verification but later become inactive, unreachable, or restricted due to changes outside of Seamless.AI’s control. Seamless.AI retains sole discretion to determine eligibility for credit adjustments under this Program.
5. Adjustments and Limitations
Where applicable, credit adjustments are processed automatically. Returned credits are applied solely to your account balance for future use. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash. Credits may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another account.
This Program applies only to: (i) Email data verified and provided directly by Seamless.AI
This Program does not apply to: (i) Phone numbers; (ii) Company-level data; and/or (iii) Any non-email data or services.
Seamless.AI reserves the right to review usage, limit or deny credit adjustments, and modify or discontinue the Program at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, anomalous usage, or activity inconsistent with the intended use of the platform, including excessive, automated, or Programmatic activity intended to trigger credit adjustments.
6. Public Statements
Participants agree not to make public comparisons or disparaging statements about competitors in connection with this Program. Participants may not use Seamless.AI’s name or logos in marketing materials without prior written consent. Seamless.AI may, under its standard customer terms, request permission to use participant company names or testimonials in marketing materials.
7. Program Duration
This Program is evergreen and ongoing unless Seamless.AI updates or terminates it. Credit Back Protection is subject to change or discontinuation at any time. All determinations regarding eligibility, application, or interpretation of these terms are made at Seamless.AI’s sole discretion. Participation in this Program does not constitute a contractual obligation or guarantee of any benefit unless expressly stated in a signed Seamless.AI Order Form. Seamless.AI may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page and will supersede all prior versions.
8. Taxes, Fees, and Accounting Treatment
Program credits and discounts are not redeemable for cash and may not be applied to taxes, fees, or other charges unless expressly stated on your Order Form. All accounting treatment for discounts or credits is the responsibility of the participant, and Seamless.AI makes no representation as to tax or financial implications.
9. Hold Harmless; No Reliance on Verification Results
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seamless.AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Credit Back Protection is a Program feature provided subject to Seamless.AI’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and applicable subscription terms and does not create any guarantee, warranty, or entitlement to refunds or credits beyond those expressly provided therein. Email verification and Credit Back Protection are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and reflect only a point-in-time technical assessment. Seamless.AI does not guarantee deliverability, accuracy, response rates, or ongoing validity of any email address, and you assume all risk associated with your use of such data.
