Building Out Accounts Without Leaving Salesforce

Seamless.AI’s Chrome Extension works directly with your Salesforce account, so you can keep your CRM up-to-date and drive maximum productivity. 

Click any of the blue Seamless.AI icons on your Salesforce contact or account pages. Icons are located next to company and contact names.

Clicking any of the icons will open the Seamless.AI Chrome Extension in the sidepanel view. Within the side panel you will see the contact you are viewing, as well as a related company profile and recommended contacts.

Just like in the Seamless.AI platform, you can click Find or Find All to generate contact profiles right in the extension. You can then preview the contact’s Seamless.AI profile, including title, email(s), and phone number(s) directly in the sidebar. Additionally, you can manage your lists and import directly to your CRM.  Anytime you click Find or Find All in the Seamless.AI side panel, the contact and their profile will automatically be saved to the My Contacts tab on Seamless.AI and your preselected lists.

Using the Chrome Extension to find contact profile information requires contact and company search credits, just like in Seamless.AI. One contact search credit will be used when you click Find next to a contact, whether in the Seamless.AI platform or the Chrome Extension.

Navigating the Seamless.AI Chrome Extension

Users can easily launch the extension to identify key contacts, generate profiles, and manage their lists. With features like Auto-Find, bulk actions, and CRM integration, users can streamline workflows, automatically save profiles, and perform advanced searches using specific filters that target their Ideal Customer Persona (ICP). Key contact details, including emails, phone numbers, and pitch intel, are accessible directly within the extension’s side panel, optimizing prospecting efforts.

Additional features include an AI Writer for creating cold call scripts or emails and a notes function for tracking insights. Users can navigate seamlessly through contact and company profiles through the My Contacts and My Companies tabs.  The Seamless.AI Chrome Extension’s customizable interface, combined with options for bulk actions and real-time data management, ensures a more productive, automated prospecting experience.
