Importing to CRM on Dynamic Layout

Learn how to seamlessly import your contacts and companies from Seamless.AI into your favorite CRM, marketing automation platform, or dialer. Whether you prefer to import data individually or in bulk, this guide will help you transfer your valuable information efficiently.

Importing contacts or companies to your CRM can be completed from the Search, My Contacts, or My Companies page.

Importing from Search Results

After finding contacts or companies in a search, you are able to import individually to your CRM. In the Actions column, you can import directly to your CRM, and select the drop down arrow to add them to a specific sequence or cadence!

When the contact or company is successfully imported, the CRM icon will change from gray to colored!  

Importing from My Contacts and My Companies

Depending on whether you are wanting to import contacts or companies to your CRM, navigate to the My Contacts or My Companies tab respectively. 

Pro-Tip

Before importing to your CRM, we recommend filtering contacts or companies to further target your list.

Contacts and Companies can be imported individually, by a selection, by filtered, or all at one time. 

Import Individually -  In the Actions column, you can import directly to your CRM, and select the drop down arrow to add them to a specific sequence or cadence! 

Import Contacts or Companies in Bulk

Import Selected - Select the specific contacts you want to import in the left side box, then click the 3 vertical dots on the top left corner. Select Import Selected. 

Import Filtered - Apply desired filters to narrow your display, then click the 3 vertical dots on the top left corner. Select Import Filtered. This is our suggested workflow.

Import All - Click the 3 vertical dots on the top left corner. Select Import All. This will import all contacts or companies you have historically searched, not just contacts or companies displayed on the page.

‍When the contact or company is successfully imported, the CRM icon in the row will change from gray to colored!

Automated Contact Import

Discover the convenience of automated imports with Seamless.AI, streamlining your workflow and ensuring that your CRM and database is always up-to-date with minimal effort on your part.

1. Login to your account and click your account icon and select CRM Setup.

2. Find the setting that says: Auto-import to CRM and enable the toggle the yes. If enabled, we recommend setting a Total AI Threshold to restrict the entry of any undesirable data into your CRM. Learn More about Total AI Threshold here.

3. Once saved, Seamless.AI will now import all companies and contacts immediately when you Find and save those contacts from Seamless.AI or with the Chrome Extension.
