Hello, I am Maria Luisa Ruvio, a “mom”penuer from Whitestone, New York.  I have created an exciting new beverage innovation in the variation of the Italian dessert, zabaglione, called Zabalatte .   

Zabalatte™ was inspired by my own experience growing up in a newly immigrated family from Italy during the 1960’s.   Zabalatte is a delicious milk and egg drink that can be served either hot or cold.  One of the key health benefits of Zabalatte, is that it naturally contains Omega 3’s, a very sort out nutrient that is not found naturally in many foods.  

I am actively seeking to bring Zabalatte to market through a licensing agreement. Zabalatte is an excellent product opportunity to compete in the food and beverage industry, offering a concept that successfully reacts to today’s consumer preferences for a healthy, nourishing drink with great flavor.
