Getting Started with AI Assistant

AI Assistant requires Universal Credits to research and develop messaging. Each engagement with the AI Assistant will use one credit. For example, if you launch one prompt and then make 2 updates through refining your messaging, this will use 3 Universal Credits.

New Prompt and About Me (Setup) page: The New Prompt button and the About Me (Setup) button are essential for your daily use of AI Assistant.

The New Prompt creates a new thread for a fresh sales script dialog.
About Me (Setup) button allows you to edit your business information, which can be added to the chat dialog using the Include About Me Details button

Prompt Library: A generalized message to provide to AI Assistant in order to specify which type of Sales Script you would like to create when clicking on any of the Prompts

Chat Thread Navigation: This chat thread navigation allows you to easily switch between threads and update titles or delete threads by hovering over each thread title and using the icons.

Chat Input Box: Allows custom message searches or selection from the prompt library. To add personal business context, use the Include About Me Details button, which dynamically includes criteria from your About Me (Setup) page. You can use both the Prompt Library and Include About Me Details buttons simultaneously to add context and personalize your script.

Users can also access the AI Assistant directly on a contact profile card or table layout to create contact specific customized messaging.

AI Assistant Workflows

Harnessing the Power of AI Assistant

Make sure to give AI Assistant all the needed details by filling out all the options in the About Me (Setup).

1. To start creating your first message, we suggest choosing a Prompt from the 9 available script starters. You can still personalize these within the Chat box after making your selection.

Prompts are not a required component and custom messaging can also be used if these do not fit any of your use cases!

2. Use the Include About Me Details to incorporate personalized context for your product or business. This customizes the script follow-up, aligning it with your company's specifics.

3. Click Send or press the enter key on your keyboard to send your message. Once done, the thread will begin, and a response/script will be provided based on the given criteria.

4. After the initial script, you can add more context to tailor your message to your company's brand. For instance, using a phrase like "make it funnier" can infuse more humor, or "make it shorter" can result in a more concise script.

5. After finishing your script with AI Assistant, use the Copy button for a convenient copy-and-paste of the individual message containing your script.

Using AI Assistant in Connect

AI Assistant can also be used directly inside Connect while building outreach.

In the email or call module, users will see the option to open AI Assistant. When selected, the contact’s flyout will open, allowing the user to generate outreach specifically for that contact.

From there, users can:

Type their own custom prompt
Select from the available prompts
Review the generated content
Ask AI Assistant to revise or improve the message
Click Insert to move the final content directly into the email or call module

This makes it easy to create personalized outreach inside the workflow where users are already working.

Note: AI Assistant can also be used directly from a contact profile card to create contact-specific messaging.
