Z Power Yoga is nestled in the heart of De Pere, Wisconsin, which is in the Green Bay area. Z power was founded by Krissy Zegers. The studio originally opened as Midwest Power Yoga in August 2008 and after continuing her journey with the yoga practice, Krissy felt inspired to change the name to Z Power Yoga.Z Power Yoga is a safe space to experience all the wonderful potential you have as a student. Classes are formatted to get the most out of your self both mentally and physically. Most classes offered at the studio are power vinyasa yoga inspired by the teachings of Baron Baptiste. We offer speciality classes and workshops in which students explore various experiences.
