After your Keap CRM is connected properly into Seamless, please follow the attached guide to view the Importing processes .
Keap and Email Status
When sending information into Keap through Seamless.AI, the email address will always be sent through with a status of "non-marketable".
In order to send bulk emails to these Contacts, you would first need to update the status of this email within Keap by clicking on the "Manage Email Status" button followed by acknowledging the permissions to market to that email address and following up with a confirmation email.
After these steps are completed, you will have the ability to send bulk emails out to the Contacts that have been imported via Seamless!
