Learn about Title Search Filters on the Legacy View here.

The Titles filter narrows and targets specific job titles (stakeholders, decision-makers, etc.) most relevant to your goals. Rather than reaching out blindly to a company, targeting specific job titles through the job title filter, saves time and resources, and ensures your message gets in front of the right decision-makers.

Your outreach becomes more relevant, as you can highlight challenges and solutions that resonate with that particular position.

Getting Started

Building a targeted contact list based on job titles is a powerful way to ensure your outreach efforts are reaching the right audience. By focusing on specific roles, you can tailor your messaging to address the unique needs and challenges of decision-makers and influencers in their respective positions. Seamless.AI makes it simple to filter and compile a list of contacts based on job titles, giving you a clear path to connect with the people who matter most to your business goals. Follow the steps below to start building your customized contact list.

Search for targeted contacts based on titles with the Contacts Search. You can search multiple titles at a time by clicking include, or leave out any undesired titles with exclude.

Starting a Search

  1. Log in to Seamless.AI and access the Search icon on the left menu bar. Start a Contacts Search
  2. Under the Titles filter option, type in target job title(s). You can add multiple titles to broaden your search.
Check Use Exact Match to focus on specific titles if you are getting other related, but unwanted titles in your search. The Use Exact Match option will only include contacts with the titles you included. If you are searching with acronyms, we recommend searching for acronyms and fully spelled out. For example, CMO and Chief Marketing Officer.

  3. Add in other relevant filters (i.e., seniority, industry, location, company size, etc.) for better targeted results.
  4. Click the blue Search button. To save contacts you are interested in, click Find next to each contact or Find All to save all on the page.
