The Full Name filter helps you refine your lead search to connect with prospects on a personal level. By addressing individuals by their first and last names, your messaging becomes more engaging and tailored, moving away from generic mass outreach. Additionally, this filter enables you to locate and re-engage with previous contacts when you only recall their last names, making follow-ups more efficient and effective. Use this feature to create meaningful connections and boost your sales success.

Getting Started

Starting a Search 

  1. Log in to Seamless.AI and access the Search icon on the left menu bar. Start a Contacts Search to generate a list of your Ideal Customer Personas. 
  2. Under the Full Name filter,  enter the target’s first and last name.
  3. Add in other relevant filters (i.e., industry, location, company size, etc.) for better targeted results.
  4. Click the blue Search button. To save companies or contacts you are interested in, click Find next to each contact or company or Find All to save all on the page. 

The Full Name Filter also provides the ability to Bulk Upload a list of names. Click the Bulk Upload icon in the filter to add a list of up to 100 contact names.

  • Referral Business: If a client or a colleague gives you a last name of a potential lead, this filter allows you to find the referral quickly.

For Example

Re-engaging Old Contacts: If you remember dealing with several 'Smiths' from a past event but not their first names, you can use the filter to revisit those contacts.

Event Attendees: Identify individuals attending industry conferences or events and reach out to schedule meetings or network.
