At this time, we are redeveloping the former Norwalk City Hall as an office building, which might also have a cafe or restaurant.  It is in the heart of Sono, at 41 North Main Street, Norwalk, Connecticut.

We are also in the process of redeveloping 500 Post Road East, in Westport, Connecticut. 500 Post Road East is a 38,000 square foot office building, walking distance to Compo Shopping Center, which will be given a major renovation in 2014 and 2015.  

Our investment management services are used by individuals and other business and investing entities.
